Chasing Windmills: Two Years (8 days) ... but whose counting?

As previously promised (here) ... and in honor of our two year (and 8 day) anniversary ... I thought I'd share some wedding shots.

On November 2nd, 2009 ... two people threw the wildest party the poor, little Outer Banks had seen in a while ... one that knocked the socks off even the tamest partygoers ...

It all started innocently enough ...

Funny story ...

Due to wind and drizzle we moved the party inside ... special thanks to my mom for all of the florals and decorations. simple and beautiful.

The rest of the night (and morning) looked something like this ... and I'm warning you ... it gets a bit crazy up in here ... it apparently all started when the bartender turned to my handsome husband and offered him a drink from the "special" bottle of whiskey his "wife" set aside for him ... suuuuure ... blame it on me ...

Ummm ... yeah ... and I totally stole these from people's facebook albums ... credits are listed below them...

There are SO many stories ... like the one where my dad got lost on his way to the beer-pong table ... and the one where one guy (don't worry ... not naming any names Danimal ... your secret is safe with me) woke up with no pants on snuggling with a pizza cutter ... and oh .. so many more ...

Needless to say ... the party went on for days and days ... but it was day two (of recovery) that we were actually able to get out and shoot these little doozys ...
